Contact SupportKey Questions Answered
What is IPTV?
IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television. It delivers television programming and video content over internet protocol networks rather than traditional satellite, terrestrial, or cable formats. You view it through a compatible player application on your smart TV, streaming stick, phone, tablet, or computer.
Which subscription durations are available?
We offer options for 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months, and 24 Months, configurable across 1 to 5 simultaneous device connections. You can view all options on our pricing overview.
How do I choose a plan?
Select your desired number of simultaneous device connections (1 to 5), then select the duration that fits your entertainment preference. If you plan to stream on multiple devices at the exact same moment, select a multi-connection option.
Which applications are compatible?
Our service connects with standard IPTV players that support Xtream Codes API or M3U playlist protocols, such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, IBO Player, SmartOne IPTV, OTT Navigator, and VLC Media Player.
How do I set up the service?
After completing your subscription, you will receive your connection credentials (Username, Password, Server URL or M3U link). Simply download a compatible player application on your device, enter your credentials in the app settings, and your channel list will load.
What content is included?
Content includes live television channels across sports, news, cinema, and documentaries, as well as on-demand entertainment where available. Actual channel availability varies by region and subscription tier.
