Check Stable Connection

For consistent high-definition streaming, connect smart TVs or streaming boxes via ethernet cable or high-speed 5GHz Wi-Fi where possible.

Refresh EPG Program Guide

If program schedules appear empty, use the 'Update EPG' or 'Reload Guide' button within your application settings to refresh schedules.

Player Hardware Acceleration

If you experience jitter or frame stuttering on low-powered streaming sticks, adjust the decoder setting in your player app to Hardware (HW) or Software (SW).
